I give up. With Henry ford hospital. I tried to make my multiple sclerosis check up. I couldn't due to a balance owed. I was sent to collection. I aguired a release. But only goes thru may. But I need my mri done thats on May 22nd. No point. I have been forced to quite working. Due to triple heart surgery and super high blood pressure. And at risk of a stroke or and death.
