I had Mirek Floors refinish and restore my floors in back in 2010. The floor had pet urine stains, water damage marks, and all sorts of other damage from the previous owners. It is 2013, and the floors still look great and I was so happy that I have just hired them to lay tile in both of my bathrooms. Another good thing about the company is that owner is willing to work on the job and is very easy to do business with.

WORST FLOOR REFINISHING JOB EVER! – This is not a professional flooring company. They ruined our hardwood floor. They sanded the floor wrong and made waves in the boards. They scratched walls, cabinets, and sanded door trim that had to be replaced. Mirek then varnished the stained floors without properly cleaning them. =] I went to my friends house in chicago and just couldnt get over how nice the flooring was! These people do a great job and the finishing is awesome!
