I absolutely loved my facial! Michelle was so easy to talk to and gave me many recommendations and tips for my skin. I would recommend to a friend and definitely plan on going back. I loved the way she customized my facial to match my skin concerns. Definitely recommend!!

What a complete waste of time and money. Made my appointment online, received an email to confirm, which I did. Showed up about 10 minutes early to my 7:45pm appt, and there is a "treatment in progress" sign on the door, so I go sit and wait. Around 7:50 there's no sign of movement so I call - no answer but I thought I heard some movement inside. At 7:55 I knock. Nothing. Call again at 8 and no answer again. Michelle provides an excellent service! Without her efforts, my the dark spots on my forehead and cheeks would not have been eliminated. Today, my skin is radiant, spot and wrinkle free. I'm quite happy with the results she has been able to achieve. She's a keeper!
