I had a very negative experience with Dr. Sorin. Communication was abrupt, cold and at times disrespectful. What shocked me the most was the way employees appeared to be treated. Staff are there to help, learn and support the practice, and they deserve to be spoken to with respect. Even in stressful or busy situations, professionalism and basic human decency should remain a priority. The atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable, which made the whole experience unpleasant.
Do yourself a favor: see a competent doctor. I switched.
The best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. The whole team was very kind, respectful, competent. The nurse was the best - so friendly, communicative, engaging. The doctor’s assistant / scribe was very competent - didn’t speak a word and very respectful of privacy. And Dr. Sorin provided the most thorough doctor’s visit I’ve ever had. Somehow he made time to talk about any and every concern I possibly could’ve had - and did it at my pace, all the while being refreshingly knowledgeable and clear at communicating it all.
