MiraVista from day one lacked communication, care/therapy, follow through and after care planning. While our child was in their care, questions about therapy, daily schedules were often met with a, “I don’t know answer”. While visiting the unit, patients seemed to be free while staff sat in a circle chatting and snacking. What a waste of valuable time and support that should have occurred during the time there.
