I've lived at Mira Vista for 4 years and I adore 🥰 it! The only issue I have with it is this. Current manager has been trying, unsuccessfully, to have the public carpeted areas of the building, such as hallways, lobby areas, etc., replaced. To no avail. She and previous, as well as current, maintenance, have done all they can to keep it "intact". AKA, duck tape. It is unsightly, and a hazard. Other than that, I love the place. I moved into Mira Vista three years ago to simplify my living requirements for my age. I had previously experienced home, large apartment, and almost any kind of living space available to mankind. I recently chose to live independent of large homes, landscaping, and fancy amenities. I love living at the Mira Vista Senior apts. I have made life long friends here. The apartment manager, Shelene does an amazing job especially considering how many apartment units are in this building. I know that she cares for us and I appreciate how much she has helped me feel secure here. And within a few blocks, there are different stores and thrift shops, including my favorites Savers and Fiesta Foods . The management is great she's on top of things and keeps this apt complex clean, secure, comfortable and she's always cordial. Best manager ever we feel grateful for Shelene Diaz best apt manager ever.
