I have 3 miratron remote systems. The company is very difficult to work with. In the past simple information and parts requested was told that I needed to go through their distribution network. I understand the need to protect thier network. Having to go through the chain for something as simple as an antenna. Took aprox 2 weeks before order was placed and shipped. Update: Been working with Miratron to try to revive my controllers - can't seem to get them to work with me on a economical solution. It's been 5 months. A lot of back and forth but no real solution other than lots of money that I can't afford. Currently having Miratron take a look at my controllers to see if they can revive one of them as it came in contact with water. I'm hoping they can achieve PCB level repairs as I'm not able to afford building a new controller system from scratch. Fingers crossed they'll come through a... read more

Currently having Miratron take a look at my controllers to see if they can revive one of them as it came in contact with water. I'm hoping they can achieve PCB level repairs as I'm not able to afford building a new controller system from scratch.
