The lady who answers the phone (secretary or maid) is VERY DISRESPECTFUL and rude. My grandmother’s insurance company as im sure other seniors insurance’s are paying alot of money for their services and they can’t simply answer simple questions as to what are the duties of the providers they hire… very rude people Don’t worry im in contact with Texas health and human services department to report this agency and change her to a better provider agency who can inform the family about the provider’s duties.
