I LOVE LOVE Miranda and her staff .. super sweet and caring ! I’m always nervous every Dr appointment but she comes in and always smiles and makes me feel better more comfortable
Front desk was horrible came in 10 mins late because I was bleeding and had to stop to use a restroom and wipe up when I got there I let the front desk lady know I thought I was having a misscariage and needed to see the doctor all she said was if I wanted to reschedule and for me to to go to the hospital not there
MIRANDA IS KIND, KNOWLEDGEABLE, GREAT AS WELL AS HER MEDICAL ASSISTANTS. IT'S THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF I HAVE ISSUES WITH SINCE JANELL LEFT. THEY AREN'T FRIENDLY AT ALL AND I'M PRETTY SURE IT'S BECAUSE MIRANDA ISN'T AROUND TO SEE OR HEAR THEM. IT IS SUCH A HASSLE TO GET THROUGH TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I HAVE SAT IN THE WAITING ROOM AND SEEN THEM ON THEIR CELL PHONES YET CAN'T MAKE TIME TO ANSWER THE OFFICE PHONE. UNFORTUNATELY, WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PROVIDER.
