I hated the job this company did! They got paint on every piece of furniture or fixture that I had in my bedroom & bathroom. They even made a mess on my porch & knotted up my hose. When I called to get them to clean up,each time they made an appointment with me, they didn't show up nor did they bother to call.
After reading nothing but good reviews I decided to call Javier Miranda. I really liked his quote and the fact that he was happy to handle multiple painting projects. Once underway I kept adding other painting requests and Javier was happy to include them at a very reasonable price. This was a large job and took his team 6 weeks. These guys work hard and are respectful of your home. They were simply a joy to interact with. I am very pleased with the job they did and with the fact that I now have a "go-to" painter!
We live in an old historic house (106 years old). The trim, windows & exterior doors of the house were in bad shape and in need of a good painting. Javier Miranda and his team did an excellent job of taking care of everything. They power washed everything first, scraped away old paint, sanded the wood down to bare wood where necessary, applied primer, applied glazing to windows where needed (there were many), caulked, replaced wood where necessary and gave everything a double coat of paint. Work was excellent! i couln't have had a better experience. Mr Miranda and all the guys that worked with him at my home were very professional, clean, they didnt hesitate to make sure i was happy with the results of their work. I had selected a color i ended up not liking on the first day of work... and they had no problem repainting everything they had already painted... Honestly, it's so wonderful to find companies like these, they come in, do their work impecably, and leave your home clean and perfect!
It was great dealing with a painting company in which I didn't have to be calling the owner all the time and I was able to get a quick estimate. As far as the painting itself the owner was very flexible in which I had to change the colors of my walls and he was able to redo the work to my liking.
