Miranda is an incredible choice as a realtor. She is flexible and willing to accommodate specific requests. We initially wanted no sign in the yard, she was fine with it. We wanted pre approval before they were to see the house, she said yes. She (even as we were getting frustrated) told us to trust the process; we had 2 offers about a week after that. Easy closing process. I would highly recommend her if you are in need of a realtor.

Miranda was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and even after the purchase of the new home. She wasn’t pushy, and she was very patient. Miranda was more interested in her clients needs, than her commissions ( which some realtors are not). If you need a great realtor, I would recommend Miranda McCullough.

Miranda is excellent realtor! She makes you feel as if you are her only client. Miranda gets back with text messages and phone calls very quickly. Miranda has her thumb on the pulse of the realestate market and is very well versed with tips and tricks to get your house sold quickly. Miranda is an amazing find in a realtor and I would definitely recommend her to anyone that asks!
