Was referred to this clinic for chronic back pain...Was called several times about rescheduling an appointment out of convenience for Miranda Lively. Finally it was scheduled on Friday August 4th at 4pm and was called again to move it up due to her having a large gap in her schedule. I went to my appointment to find she left for the day despite having me as her last client of the day. This shows patient care is not her priority.
I was very impressed with Miranda Lively my first visit. Her staff is organized, the office is clean and modern, and when I had my visit, I felt like she really listened. I am a young women with chronic untreated pain, and Lively sat down in front of me and really payed attention to what I was saying. I havnt always experienced this with medical professionals. Waste of my time seeing her twice. Still wet behind her ears. Over 1 month I wasted and still in pain. IUPUI here I come. I should of went to IUPUI from the start.
