I am extremely disappointed with the service. I've received from your receptionist. The attitude and lack of professionalism displayed when I called is unacceptable. If staff are unhappy in their role, I suggest they consider finding alternative employment. I expect a higher level of service and will be reviewing my options regarding my appointment.
Very rude receptionist and unprofessional, she doesn't help on the phone and she hung up the phone on me in the mid of the conversation.

Bad Experience seeing doctor Nguyen and his reception team at Miranda office from start to finish reception made me feel so uncomfortable, even knowing this was an emergency appointment which was not made my me . Follow on to surgery day at Sutherland hospital no answer no visit in recovery bad Communication
