I cannot recommend Dr Tony highly enough. Extremely disappointing experience with the receptionist. She was dismissive, rude, and unhelpful when I called with a few follow up questions. She also made comments about medication unavailability, which is not appropriate for front desk staff and should be discussed with the doctor. I am extremely disappointed with the service. I've received from your receptionist. The attitude and lack of professionalism displayed when I called is unacceptable. If staff are unhappy in their role, I suggest they consider finding alternative employment. I expect a higher level of service and will be reviewing my options regarding my appointment.
Very rude receptionist and unprofessional, she doesn't help on the phone and she hung up the phone on me in the mid of the conversation.
