RECEPTIONIST APPALLINGLY RUDE! AND GOSSIPING ABOUT PATIENT Phone QUERIES WITH OTHER STAFF, LOUDLY . No respect for patients privacy! Would not recommend, EVER! Purely based on receptionist. The fact she is still there & I just read reviews, seems a lot of people find her disgustingly unprofessional.
Receptionist so rude! Received phone calls continuously arguing with callers , then bitched to co worker about what was said from people simply making inquiries. Absolutely disgusting no one should work as a receptionist with an attitude like hers 0/10
Dr huang and Dr nguyen are very professional and helpful, But what is so wrong with the receptionist, all of them, rude , arrogant, and no manners, really dessapointed !!
I cannot recommend Dr Tony highly enough. After spending months feeling stressed and worried, Dr Tony was incredibly professional, reassuring, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. He took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and I left feeling positive and confident about the direction we’re working towards.
