Dr Bronwyn Powell is incredibly rude. She shouted at me over the phone when she struggled to get her point across. It is not a very ‘family practice’ vibe. I would not recommend seeing her as a patient. There are also abnormally long wait times when calling the practice to speak with reception staff. The website is outdated and ugly.
My husband, Michael, had a great experience with Dr Farrow. He had a small surgery which required stitches and I can confirm, his work is immaculate. My husband had nothing but good things to say about his experience. Thank you for all your help!
Waited well over an hour for my scheduled appointment today with 2 small children in the waiting room. When asking the receptionists if in future, they could let me have a rough idea of how long to wait or how many people were infront, the response i was given was that they ‘dont have a magic crystal ball infront of them’.
