Petvax is a fabulous place to take my cat O'Charley! Dr. Cantrell and Laura could not have been more helpful on our first visit today. They answered all my questions and gave O'Charley a very thorough examination. It was easy to see the whole staff loves pets! I am relieved to know I have found a wonderful place to take my O'Charley Chaplin.

My husband took our dogs to this location and he was asked why he was there a year later after our last visit. He didn't know what they meant and was informed that he had "complained" last year about something and they wondered why he was back!!!! Is a customer there not allowed to question treatment, price without being called down in this manner or voice his opinion about anything at this vet?
