Miranda Thomas is one of the best gyn providers that I have ever seen. Even though their office is very busy, I never feel rushed during my appointments. I truly feel like she listens and cares for me as a whole person. I recommend her to everyone!
I scheduled an appointment 3 months ago and it was canceled on Wednesday!!!! The exact voicemail I got stated my provider would not be in and I was told to call the number I was given. Was made to sit on the phone during work hours for 3 hours and told to still come in because someone could still see me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable that I was actually not rescheduled at all and I was made to still pay my copay via email on Thursday afternoon.
