I’ve been attending this clinic for over 25 years and will never be back again. Medicare rebates increased and somehow their fees have gone up? There’s no noticeable difference between here and any other bulk billing centre in the shire. I waited about an hour past my appointment, only to pay $75 for the privilege.

Excellent practice. Staff are friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this practice.
I will start by saying the reception staff were lovely and very friendly. HOWEVER, I would never recommend anyone sees Dr Lilly Chen! I am a paramedic so I feel as though my health literacy is at a high standard, but she made me feel belittled and honestly didn’t seem to care or want to listen. She was abrupt and made me feel stupid with her “yeah so” attitude. Was very disappointing, and I must say I understand why less and less people are seeing GP’s when they charge for services like this.
