I will start by saying the reception staff were lovely and very friendly. HOWEVER, I would never recommend anyone sees Dr Lilly Chen! I am a paramedic so I feel as though my health literacy is at a high standard, but she made me feel belittled and honestly didn’t seem to care or want to listen. She was abrupt and made me feel stupid with her “yeah so” attitude. Was very disappointing, and I must say I understand why less and less people are seeing GP’s when they charge for services like this.

I needed medication and a doctor's note due to having to be absent from work today due to a chronic illness. I have to go back to work tomorrow. I had to wait for an hour and 30 minutes until I told the receptionist that I was going to go and then come back. When I came back after 20 minutes (he said that I was the wait was going to be 30 minutes longer) he said that I was taken off the list because he misheard me.
