Can't recommend Miranda enough. When beginning the process, we knew there were some prep renos that would be beneficial and started them. Miranda came in for a look and provided some really good insight on dos and don't and what was a value return and what would be beneficial for the wider new owner market. The experience in selling our house was 5+ stars with Miranda!!! We had been in our home for 30+ years so there was a lot of emotion and uncertainty attached to this sale. Miranda came in confident and with empathy and listened to all our needs. We felt very well looked after she had a great plan and answered all our questions immediately and we had many. Listed Friday and sold the following Tuesday for over asking price. Our only regret is that we don’t have more property to sell with Miranda!!!

Miranda made everything easy. Came with recommendations and laid them out in like a 1,2,3. Only listed for 5 days! After that she came in with a step by step to close. Everyone who is unsure of the process, needs Miranda! She kept me informed and everything flowing.
