Bien decepcionada acabo de salir de la clínica hoy 25 de abril del 2026 y la señora que atiende al llegar con malas ganas y en un tono nada agradable me respondió "por supuesto "cuando solo le pregunte si había mas perritos para atender porque allí solo había uno .....primera y última vez que voy ....me han dicho que los médicos son maravillosos y fui muy ilusionada y no tarde allí ni 3 minutos ...no pude atender mi perrito .....si no sabe tratar con el público que no trabaje alli.le dije que era primera vez que iva que nece... read more
Llegue al lugar por recomendación muy buena y la bienvenida fue muy desagradable por parte de la señora del front desk, sin tacto ni paciencia para explicar simplemente, los servicios de la clínica, sencillamente prefiero ir a otro lugar donde se respete el trato de negocio a cliente, donde las respuestas a las preguntas no sean ( por supuesto )
After visiting several clinics over the past monts, trying to resolve my dog's severe skin allergies and a mass in his ear, and after spending a lot of money without any success. I finally found the place, where I feel his health is in the best hands. The entire staff is extremely professional. Lorraine, the receptionist, she's incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish exceeded expectations and you can truly taste the quality in every bite. The service was just as impressive—attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They made us feel welcomed and well taken care of the entire time. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to others!
