I was overcharged by $36.80 and I have waited three months for a refund. The first time around I was told it was done. The second time around I was told to come to the location for a cash refund. I don’t live close by so I’m not able to just pop in to get my refund. I reached out to customer support multiple times over email, and I was told they would reach out to Hugo to help me. I haven’t received a phone call back. At this point it feels like I’m begging for my own money.

Great place to get your windows tinted with great deals. We were kindly greeted by Hugo. Hugo took the time to show my husband & I the different % available and the different type of tints. He was even able to show us how much heat will come in through the window based off the different types of tints which I thought was really cool! Not mention it was done in a timely manner. Huge shoutout to Hugo for tinting my Prius! The tint looks amazing!! No bubbles, no gaps, and it completely changed the look of my car. It also made a huge difference with the heat, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Hugo was very professional and friendly throughout the process. He got everything done on time and answered all my questions. It came out even better than I expected, and I’m really happy with how it looks!! I would definitely recommend Hugo to anyone looking to get their windows tinted.
