Paul did a great job of letting us know from the beginning we could get a second opinion estimate if we wanted and he would match it for sealing a foundation slab crack, floor, and carpet work. Due to time limitations and incoming bad weather, I decided to quickly negotiate a fair price, which he was able to do, despite being extremely busy with weather/supply chain scheduling difficulties outside his control.
