Turned off – Yes after reviewing other comments and suggestions on that resturaunt its a shame that people have experiences like that, where management can care less about customers that are pleasant yet still staff will treat you poorly as if its your fault, that kind of attitude has to change because then people like me can not even rate the resturaunt because im not one to be treated in that manner, and it just does not make me want to drive to santa cruz area from san francisco to be at that kind of rersturaunt.
Amazing!!!!! – I went to the Miramar, and unlike the person before me I had an amazing experience. When we first got there there happened to be a little bit of a wait. The hostesses however were very polite and got us a perfect table by the water. The server was very respectful and knowledgable of the food. We had a few questions and she did not even hesitate to answer. It did take a little while to get our food, but it was understandable, they were slammed. What a disaster! – I will never go back there. The service was horrible. We had to wait 20min to place our order, 30min for appetizers, another 30min for our entrees. a nearby table ordered 10 min after us, and got their food before us (they ordered similar items). I complained to the manager, and he could not have cared less.
