Pretty setting So far we've only been able to eat lunch here and have not yet gotten a coveted by the window spot. We like the chowder. The ambiance is very nice and the view spectacular.
Lunch, ocean view and a walk on the beach My husband and I just love going to the Miramar restaurant for lunch. We were just there on Saturday and and had the seafood chowder soup. It was delicious. We also split a crab melt sandwich. It also was very good. The waiter (wish I could remember his name) was fabulous. Very professional and on top of things. He set up our sandwich on two different plates since we were splitting it. Very classy. Of course we had a window table which overlooks the beautiful ocean. After lunch, walk... read more
We have been here a few times when visiting family in Pacifica. The restaurant is beautiful then food is excellent, We enjoyed the piano playing while we dine. we love the view and a nice walk around the area after we eat. It is a lovely place.
bum's rush – we have been going to the miramar for about 20 years and watched them go from local spot to larger tourist attraction...the food is good and the location is great...2 days ago we went in and i made the mistake of telling the hostess we just wanted dessert...she told us we could not sit in the dining room even though there was 10 empty tables...we sat at the bar and the bartender ignored us so we left...so,get in spend lots of money and get out...or...there are many other restaurants in the area.
Miramar Beach has good food, but excellent views =) – A beach water front Pacific view to go with your dinner w/ the company of loved ones. That's what we did on Mon (9/7/09 Labor Day actually) at Miramar Beach Restaurant in Half Moon Bay, CA. Honestly I rate 3.5 stars =) LOCATION: Off of Magellan Ave fr Hwy 1. Fine Brothel Dining – I have dined here a number of times and the meals were very good. It's right on the water so you have a great view and the ambiance is great. The building used to be a brothel so the place is filled with historical pictures and info. It's a bit pricey but it is a very nice restaurant and I would recommend it to anyone.
great location slow service – Great location. Neat dining room and the food was good. It was expensive. Our waiter was very slow and it was hard to get his attention. The people next to us sent all of their food back and ordered something different. Maybe... we'll give it a second try.
