BIG special shout out to the Maintenance Supervisor, Edy Andrade!!! Not only does he keep the pool, spa, firmness room, and other common areas pristine, but he also keeps the whole property looking immaculate at all times. In addition, he recently came through big time for us and replaced our washer and dryer. My girlfriend and I were worried about having to go to the laundromat, but Edy made sure to replace it quickly, so we weren’t inconvenienced. We have lived here for 2 years and love it! Edy and Romera do an excellent job maintaining the apartments and are very quick to answer. Walls are thick and makes an apartment feel alot more private. Very Unique layouts that let you find the right apartment you are looking for. Never have had a problem with parking as well. Pool and clubhouse are kept in excellent condition. Shout out to Angel as well fantastic director and runs the complex beautifully.

Edy and Romero did an excellent job repairing and repainting the mold-affected ceiling in our home. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and respectful of our space. Edy clearly explained the process and made sure everything was handled properly and safely. Romero did great work — the ceiling looks brand new, and he paid close attention to detail while keeping the area clean. We’re very happy with the results and appreciate their teamwork and professionalism.
