This is our first experience with Armando here at Miramar. He is a true professional— polite and considerate but also extremely focused and methodical in his approach. We were having an issue with a leaking disposal when he arrived to assess the situation. BIG special shout out to the Maintenance Supervisor, Edy Andrade!!! Not only does he keep the pool, spa, firmness room, and other common areas pristine, but he also keeps the whole property looking immaculate at all times. In addition, he recently came through big time for us and replaced our washer and dryer. My girlfriend and I were worried about having to go to the laundromat, but Edy made sure to replace it quickly, so we weren’t inconvenienced.
