I had a very positive experience from the maintenance team of Eddie and Ramiro this afternoon. They fixed my garbage disposal and explained carefully how I can prevent the same issue from arising again. They were polite, funny and very competent…in and out in under 10 minutes. We discovered a leaky water heater that’s been happening for a couple of months. I’d like to complement Edy For his Quick Response, punctual Service & Graciousness getting it done. Once the gentleman were done installing it, he came back and checked on everything to make sure it was to his standards. I look forward to working with him in the future. He was so unbelievably polite.
Edy is really awesome! He helped me to replace the door lock battery and fix a cover problem for the door in Friday afternoon!
My floor is in the apartment were deplorable when Chris came from coit He did a sample part of the floor and it came out excellent I told him to proceed and he went about stripping seven or eight layers of wax from my laminate floors. I was so happy at the end that the floors were restored to its natural beauty. I will never use a wax on my floors again.
Wasted my time coming for a tour I scheduled this morning only to find out the unit was leased 2 days ago. Please ensure staff is trained and not wasting peoples’ time.
