Edy and Romero did an excellent job repairing and repainting the mold-affected ceiling in our home. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and respectful of our space. Edy clearly explained the process and made sure everything was handled properly and safely. Romero did great work — the ceiling looks brand new, and he paid close attention to detail while keeping the area clean. We’re very happy with the results and appreciate their teamwork and professionalism.
We are new to Miramar this fall and have had to request maintenance a few times. Requests were handled very promptly and professionally. Romero, on site, took great care of us. Edy, the manager, reached out personally to ask about our concerns. Glad to know they are here for us!
Thanks Edy and Lance for getting me back into my apartment so fast when the locks failed on a Sunday! Maintenance has been much better lately and tenants have noticed. Thanks!!
