These apartments are HORRIBLE. Nothing but problems since I moved in in Nov. My ac has been out 6-7 times since then. It has been out since Sat. My daughter is on meds and heat triggers her condition and she feels like she can’t breathe. It was 90 degrees in my apt last night. It is now currently 85 degrees in here. They came to fix it today and said it’s the filter and it still doesn’t work. They DONT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS AT ALL.
I would not recommend these apt live here since may had least 2-3 properties mangers my apartments two yes both were involved with apt fire one of fires I could of lost everything I have 3 year old they do not do not fix anything for area they are overpriced not softest area here gun fires all the time please run do not rent from them we had bugs all the time do not spray for it we had mold got say worse place I ever lived in they just do not care
I’ve been a resident here since May 2019 and I can honestly say moving here was the worst decision I’ve made. When I moved into my apartment the countertops had to be redone, they got redone in a timely fashion but in the WRONG color. No big deal. Fast forward a couple months later my vehicle was stolen ON THE PROPERTY. Management wasn’t empathetic at all, I am being forced to stay in the lease regardless of myself and my child’s safety being at jeopardy. RecommendedI recommend Miramar Apartments. Great location, great renovations. Office staff is excellent, they’re friendly and kind specially Christian Maldonado the Resident Supervisor, he was very helpful and kind, he cares about every resident needs!
We have great apartment to live at!!Have Renovations all throughout! You get one month free rent, and the biggest one bedroom two bedrooms that you have seen.We love our residents our prospects and everybody we treat you like family!! It's the best place to live at!!
