I purchased a massage and facial package for the spa. The welcome was excellent, very warm and inviting. I paid extra to use the hotel facilities which were good. The hot tub was good, but the sauna and steam could have been hotter. The treatments were just ok. I feel a lot of time was spent with frufru oils and fragrances where I would have preferred the time be spent on the massage. The facial was basically a cleanse and a massage, no mask was applied.
