Very underwhelming and mediocre experience — definitely not a luxury service by any means. My sister and I tried the “Glow facial,” and all it involved was putting us in robes, applying three or four products to our skin, and massaging them in. Honestly, you’d be much better off spending that money on the same products and using them yourself for a couple of months. The staff were friendly, but the treatment itself was disappointing and not worth the price.

Shangri-La spa has lost its once luxurious touch. The overall experience from start to finish was mediocre at best. My massage was terrible, my Masseuse had no care, no passion, looked exhausted, and most of all her technique was 3 star (she is one of shangrila’s senior therapist, I forget her name). What a great experience! From check in to check out, the whole process was smooth and my partner and I felt totally pampered! The staff were all extremely professional and guide you throughout your stay. Previous reviews talked about the awkwardness of going past the gym to the pools, but honestly that is a non factor for me.
