After Maria cancelled my appt on my way there, Sam the manager said she could fit me in, it was a huge mistake, the color only lasted 4 days before it started coming out, she did not leave it in long enough,& completely rushed through coloring,washing cutting,& styling, when I went back to get a portion of a refund, the male hairstylist came over to Sam & I & started swearing at me & being hostile & yelling at me, Sam even had to put her hand on his chest & was telling him to stop, he didn't. Maria was very pretentious and that is an understatement! If you are mixed don't GO!!! I asked for my daughter's hair to be evened out and I was not worried about length because it was going to put extensions in for a while. The bottom layer of my daughter's hair is about 3 inches shorter than the next layer… In the front of her hair, It's about 6 inches shorter than in the back. Probably the worst haircut and beard trim I’ve ever had. I let it all grow out to give them something to work with. “I’ve got a plan.” He said. Oops. “I misjudged where your upper lip was.” No kidding. Sides were uneven and too short and didn’t blend into the beard. My family laughed at me when I got home.
