After Maria cancelled my appt on my way there, Sam the manager said she could fit me in, it was a huge mistake, the color only lasted 4 days before it started coming out, she did not leave it in long enough,& completely rushed through coloring,washing cutting,& styling, when I went back to get a portion of a refund, the male hairstylist came over to Sam & I & started swearing at me & being hostile & yelling at me, Sam even had to put her hand on his chest & was telling him to stop, he didn't.
