Well where do I start, probably the absolute best experience I have had with a pool company in years. My pool sat unclosed for about 2 1/2 years due to a number of illnesses in the family, hence the pool was the last thing on our minds. Mirage came out on my request and assessed the job, followed with a quote. Once they got started their lead man, Paul, ( can't say enough about the guy) stopped halfway through the job and told me the liner was in very poor shape, I needed a new liner and I sorted of knew it. Over the years, we have used several pool companies but have always come back to Mirage. At this point, we have now been with them consistently for all our pool needs for the past 10+ years. Today, as per usual, the Mirage team continued to deliver exceptional service, above and beyond what any other company in the area offers. We had air in our pool line so knew there was a leak somewhere. Aaron and Eric came out to diagnose and found it near the skimmer basket. Dug it up and repaired. Can’t say enough positive things about the crew…courteous, informative, and very neat. Cleaned up and replaced stone…couldn’t even notice repair. Would highly recommend and I will be using Mirage from now on.
