My recent experience with Mirage Pool Services for pool opening, vacuuming, and cleaning has been very disappointing. Compared to previous years when Pioneer handled the service efficiently in a single visit, Mirage has required multiple visits—yet the pool remains inadequately cleaned. Not only have I been overcharged, but the quality of the service does not reflect the time or cost involved. Dan and Jacob did a wonderful job opening our pool. They were prompt, polite and thorough. It was a great experience. We’ve hired Mirage to support our pool maintenance as well as the openings and closings for the last five years and each year has been a great experience. Jay in particular is awesome! We recommend them very highly.
There is no better pool service company that we have dealt with. They are the most responsive, professional and knowledgeable in the field. We trust Mirage 100%. We have been using Mirage since they opened. They have replaced our liner, pool cover and every piece of our equipment over the years and the quality and service has been second to none !
