Not was a good experience!! The style of manicure has been the worst that I’ve had.
Ridiculous pricing - I was charged $22 for simply a take off of tips. It also took my technician 40 minutes just to remove my 3 week overgrown nails (it should have been easy they were basically falling off anyways). I could have done a better job at home - she didn’t even file them or clean up the glue around my fingers. Extremely lazy service. How is a take off the same exact price as a whole manicure??
I go here on and off and the service is hit or miss. Today I had a pedicure with a lady who continuously tried to upsell me. First she asked about an upgraded pedicure. Then she asked if I wanted gel and when I said no she continued to press about how much longer it would last. Then she asked me four times about pairing the pedicure with a manicure.
