Very unprofessional. They will offer you the world and then take you to hell. We order the wedding package and the driver did not even say a word to anyone . So, the bride and groom had no idea they could have the champ and water. Then when we bring it the managers attention he decides to give attitude. In other words tough not my problem. Now I see my bill and it goes from $240 to $299.50. No wonder the driver would not give me a receipt. Did I just get ripped off. As soon as the charges go through they will be disputed. Our driver Chris was AMAZING!! We were able to book a limo last minute for my sisters bachelorette party last weekend and had a blast! Thank you Mirage Limo!! Would definitely use again and recommend!!

The bus was late because they had a hard time finding a driver that Saturday. The bus driver almost rear-ended a pile of cars on the 51 North on the way to the first bar. He was driving like an idiot all day. Very fast and very dangerous with 20 people in the back. He was going entirely too fast when he had to stomp on the brakes for an ambulance that was running through a red light. I flew and got a concussion! These guys were awesome! I booked them for my birthday party and they went out of their way to make sure I had a memorable night. The following year I rented a party bus for my graduation and I received the same stellar service. I'll definitely use them again! :)

I booked just with a one week of inception..when to look at the guy was very helpful friendly and funny..great people..the day of my event are driver was also friendly...overall great staff..i would recommend mirage limousines too everyone i know..thanks mirage limousines..

5 stars. They were early for pickup, prompt and waiting on every time we changed venues, and the driver was very professional and courteous. The limo itself was immaculate and looked gorgeous. I would recommend this company to anyone. And it was the best price of all the companies I called.

I called them only one hour before I needed the car on New Year's Eve, they were great! I was able to spend a great 4 hours with my kids and loved ones having fun in a huge and beautiful hummer limo... we were only six, my boys were running back and forth all night inside the car. Great customer service, great driver, and great management. I highly recommend them!
