I wanna give the place a good review because the tech I was seeing was really nice to me, she was sweet. However, it is none of my business but I wouldve appreciated a heads up in advance if she planned to drop me as a client from one day to another ...she gave me the number for the other two people that work here but nobody ever responds to anything. Melinda is a skilled technician and able to target the hair follicles quickly and with ease. I had no pitting or scarring or anything like that after being treated by her. Her space is clean and welcoming. She’s also a nice energy to be around. She’s realistic about timelines for progress depending on what areas you’re getting treated.
