I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Vo here, everything from the initial consultation, through the fillings and appointments was seamless. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and the care they have for their patients.
So grateful to have found Mirage Dental!! After having some bad experiences with other practices, Mirage has been very transparent and upfront about costs and what treatment is actually needed. Mirage is not close to my house, but I will happily drive 45 minutes to a place that I know I can trust! I have recommended them to many friends and family and I will continue to do so because they are the best!
I was treated very poorly because of a clerical error on their part. Clerical errors totally happen, but the customer service in resolving the error was pretty atrocious. I almost picked up my crown off the table and walked out. Dr. Morino to his credit, did reach out to try to resolve the issue and apologize, but it just never materialized, mostly because of me. I’ve had a pretty horrible experience with mirage. Came in as a be patient this year. Dr. Vo recommended doing a lot of replacement work on some fillings and replacing a crown. 4 months into the new crown that popped off, I came in to get it put back on. I was told they didn’t do the crown by the hygienist. I told her they did. Dr. vo came in to look at it, and said “well since you didn’t get the crown here” I immediately say, yes in fact you were the one that did it, and I have had 2 visits with you in the past 4 months. All of the staff has been amazing! I have a lot of dental work that needs to be done and the staff sent out a whole rundown of what I needed done and how much it would cost. They never made me feel bad about my teeth and have been so kind
