I took my car in for an estimate and lady behind the desk had to be the rudest, condescending person ive ever met. She couldn’t be bothered to take look or even get up from her desk. Finally she sent someone to look and he said it wasn’t that bad of damage. She then proceeded to test my knowledge on vehicle. Like lady its a 90s honda its not sophisticated 😂 0/10 wouldn’t recommend, not if you have to deal with that lady
This used to be the best auto body shop in Anchorage before it was sold to the present owners. Now, it is managed by one of the rudest people I've come across in a long time. They won't honor the guarantee of previous work done by the original owner. Don't waste your time trying to deal with them.
