Can anyone tell me why they have an exterminator come spray for cockroaches to ONLY have them bring more with them?? It's like theyre spraying more bugs around!! It's annoying and gross!! We had just got done getting rid of them ( as much as we could) to only have a BUNCH more running around with babies at that!!! To top it off the bug guy even admitted that spraying doesn't work !? So why??
I have been here since 2021. Management has changed since I moved in. What I can say is prior management was horrible and not much better than current. The management is awful, never in office, never answering or returning calls. Maintenance is horrible also. There is always trash outside of dumpers and all over property. It’s disgusting. The dumpsters are always overflowing, no one ever opens them up for the residents once there emptied so single elderly or children can throw things in them. Update 9 months later. This place is a JOKE. Please take my word for it. Look else where. Several different management teams have worked that office since I moved in 5 years ago and none of them have their crap together. Been calling for weeks. About inspections, rent, my current lease and lease renewal, and information about my lease they are required to give me by law. It's called tenant rights. But it's hard to practice your tenant rights when nobody answers the phone or returns your phone calls. Yet they find the time to... read more
Disgusting apartments no matter what manage company they hire. Since the 80s they’ve been like that. Disgusting management and maintenance people that don’t care. Hopefully the residence bring legal action against the property and the company that owns it.
