I’ve rented in this city for over 15 years and have spent a ton of that time looking for my next place. With a market like the one today, most agents are taking the competition to mean that they don’t need to be helpful, communicative or even just polite. Couldn’t be further from the truth with Paul Magyar. He even met with us a second time while our app was processing (and approved 🤗) — what a breath of fresh air! Couldn’t recommend him more highly.

My roommate and I submitted everything within hours. Full application, references, and all supporting documents.
