I worked with Besnik from Mirador and he was wonderful. He showed me a unit in a building I love as soon as it became available. He was efficient and walked me through the application process seamlessly. If not for Besnik, I wouldn’t have been able to submit an application on time. The agents are very nice and knowledgeable about the neighborhoods. However, when it came to the application and lease process, it was unclear what information was actually required. They continually asked for additional information including requesting the same information in multiple forms/from multiple sources. Exercise caution.
I recently just worked with Besnik to find an apartment, and he was absolutely amazing. He helped me so much throughout the process and found an amazing apartment that fit everything I was looking for. I will definitely be using him again in the future!!
