I stayed here for 3 months over the summer during an internship with a local museum, this was a great place to live and call home! For one, it is a good neighborhood around the apartments, quiet, kind neighbors, and Holly was a wonderful landlord. Maintenance issues are handled internally, by Holly and her husband-- they are very personable and take care of issues quickly. I am not sure if this person was the owner or a tenant, but there was a bald middle aged Caucasian man who kept staring me and my sister like a weirdo. I am not a tenant, but there is a bench and table where we sat at next to the complex and this creepy guy wouldn't stop staring at us until we left. I'm assuming he went back in the building after he saw us get in our car and leave. He only left after we did.
