Num's massage is hands done the best in Albany!! She is super skilled in knowing how to release muscle tension and ease pain. She creates such a warm, welcoming, beautiful space for pure relaxation and time out!!

Having driven all the way from SA and walked so many trails my back, hips and legs were aching. Num’s magic hands and feet helped ease the tension in my muscles.
