If I could give zero stars, I would. This business is completely unprofessional and disorganized. They charged my card for an appointment that they canceled last minute. I was told to reschedule just an hour before my appointment because the professional suddenly wasn’t available. First of all, how is that my problem? If you knew you weren’t available, why was that time even offered on your booking site?
