Awesome experience, great location, and incredible instructor. This was my 1st time there and I will be back! The challenge was awesome, and the instructor gave good instructions on how to use the equipment and how to modify the moves for your level. You should definitely try it out. You will be very sweaty...and they even provide a towel on each climber. If you are looking for a fun experience and a way to burn lots of calories quickly...this is for you. Just Do It!
