Let me start by saying that I live very close to the spa so I’ve gone there since they opened. For all the years I have gone there I have been very happy with the service. With that said the last 2 times have been disastrous for me. About 2 months ago I went and had an older gentleman, whose work I’m not always super fond of because he is a little rough.
