Pedicure was not good and the male technician was loud and rude when he didn’t like his tip! Other customers heard him. I have been going here for many years, but no more. I see I’m not the only one who was dissatisfied…. I read the reviews. Part of the tip was in the gift card-10% discount with cash as how the gift card was purchased.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I had an appointment scheduled, as I do every two weeks, and I left work early to make sure I arrived on time. When I walked in, I was informed that Michelle was not there. What was most frustrating was that no one contacted me beforehand to let me know my appointment would not be honored.
