Dirty. Horrible job. Gel manicure chunky and ugly. Not cured or over cured or bad product. Did not listen to pedicure requests. Ignored requested. Over priced. Tried to get 2nd tip after my mother in law already paid and tipped.. which is SO wrong.
Clean and friendly and they do a great job. Tip them well!
Went in to have my dip polish redone. She kept shortening my natural nails after I told her I didn't want the length changed. Didn't do the dip nails correctly, skipped activation step completely. The user got towels for almost everything, but they REUSE THE TOWELS! They finish with one in a service then throw it back into the towel warmer.
I have been coming here off and on for probably 10 years. I really like the owners. They are super sweet and nurturing. Yes, they have raised their prices but inflation is a jerk. They also do fantastic work. I keep forgetting they have a staff member that does not. I will no longer accept her services. I will wait for the next tech. She is rough, fast, and rude.
