Not good. Price listed $50.00 dip with tip. Check out charged extra for the file of tip $5. Did not clean up edges of nail paint. Infection possible due to poor filing near cuticle. Shifted blame. . As seen in picture. The injury to finger is fresh. Health department concerns. No cream applied to avoid infection. No oil applied to cuticle.
Beware! The owner injured me during the pedicure. She tore a ligament in my foot by pulling on the toe in a way it is not meant to bend. I had to visit a surgeon to assess the damage. I advise you to avoid this place like the plague. Just awful! Run away from this place while you still have the ability to run! Update 09.18.2025: MRI confirmed torn ligament.
Hands down the best Salon in Rochester! I’ve been going since they opened and have never had a bad service. Their pedicures are supreme and I haven’t found better service anywhere. Binh was amazing with me at my most recent visit, I did the VolcanoSpa pedicure and felt like a new woman after!
