I had a shower and tub combo put in,it was one guy who scraped abd scratched my new setup. When I called and asked it get it fixed they sent out Miracle Method it was Ben Jones who came out and saw the damage and let me know what to expect he was knowledgeable, coutourious, efficient 40 minutes later he was done. It looks amazing i was shocked on how it was blended in you cant see the repairs. BEN is an artist, proficient in his feild of work. i would recommend him to everyone.

We have a corner soaking tub with significant surface cracking. We’ve had more than one company say we needed to replace the tub; a huge project and expense. One of them recommended Miracle Method. A very polite man named Ben was there 3 days. The first was prep day, he set up a large barrier around the area so we could still reach our closet and shower. We had older formica counter tops in our kitchen and two bathrooms which needed an upgrade. Technician, Ben Jones, was amazing from start to finish. His knowledge of the product and his attention to detail made the whole experience great. He was meticulous throughout the three day process regarding prep, application and cleanup. Communication was wonderful and we highly recommend him.

Great company to deal with. Easy to communicate with and get a hold of. Gave me a quick free and accurate estimate of the repair needed for our bathtub crack. We had had the same area repaired prior with another company and to say my jaw dropped when Greg J had me inspect and approve his work is an understatement! The tub area looks brand new, whereas you could see the repairs location last time (other company). Left the area clean and tidy and was incredibly kind and respectful! The company was great to work with on the front end. They came to my house and gave me an estimate. When they came to do the refinishing, they added an extra fee due to there being extra chips that "were not there before." Even though the chips were there when they came out to give me an estimate (I took photos prior). I would have gotten two new tubs instead of refinishing them if I would have known how much it was going to be at the back end. Their work looks great, I just wish there was better customer service.
