The finished product looks great, but the process of getting there was horrendous! It was supposed to be a 2-day job and we would not be able to use our shower for 3 days. It ended up being a total of 6 visits and we were not able to use our shower for over 2 weeks! By his own admission, our technician had never done a job like ours before, and they sent him with no supervision (and clearly insufficient training). Our family highly recommends Miracle Method, and Brad Miller in particular! He did an absolute amazing job, especially since we unexpectedly had a new born in the house right before work was to begin! He was so flexible and courteous to us, always on time and his work looks fabulous. We got 3 bathrooms and a kitchen done in one week! We’ve already recommended him and Miracle Method to family and friends!
So happy with my countertops and kitchen island. I highly recommend Brad Miller. He did such a detailed job and very thorough. Miracle Method is the way to go if looking to upgrade your countertops! Very cost effective too. Shout out to Phil and Kelley also. Everyone is so professional.
Miracle Method refinished the tile shower floor in my master bathroom. They were very thorough and made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I am pleased with the outcome and so glad that I had the work done!
I highly recommend Jim Hudek & Miracle Method of Northern Cincinnati. I requested a bid in Nov. of 2019, for bathtub refinish and repair refinish the old 1950's tile that went 1/2 way up the walls and was old, dirty pink and blue. I was fine with the Bid, but unfortunately, there were delays on my part before I could have them come out.
