The technician, Stephen M., assigned to our job was awesome. He was prompt to the job each day. He was very courteous and easy to talk with. Any question we had Stephen answered without any hesitation. His appearance was excellent as one can get messy in this line of work, and most importantly his job performance was excellent. What attention to detail. The tiles in our bathroom went through a transformation and look amazing! Just like new. Thanks to Stephen. Would highly recommend Miracle Method. Thank you.
