Miracle Method experience was extremely professional and friendly. The office staff were friendly and got us on the schedule quickly. Jose did a great job on refinishing the tub and the next day they made sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. I appreciated the follow up. I would recommend them and would use them again.
A neighbor of ours had his two full bathroom shower stalls refinished/reglazed by Miracle Method of North Olmsted (MM) last year. Our homes were built in 1985 so our shower stalls were in good shape but in need of a newer look, as opposed to the old worn, ivory look from the past. They did not tell me that there would be a 3% charge for using a card, until it came time to pay. When I called and asked to be reimbursed for the $50 charge because I wasn't informed ahead of time (which would've allowed me to get cash), they told me that "I was informed at the time of payment." Incredibly rude. Also, they left without screwing my shower head back on... Would not recommend.
Outstanding finishing on my hole in the jacuzzi hot tub. Highly recommend them
Last year we wanted an old 1980’s cultured marble bathtub refinished. We contacted Miracle Method to come out for a quote. Thanks to the tech that came out for this quote we ended up with not only the tub but two modular showers and a laundry countertop refinished. This saved us a fortune as we were going to replace the showers and countertop with new. One year later we are still thrilled with the results. Rick was so professional and did an excellent job!
