Good luck with these people! I originally had an appointment on 03/18. Tried to get in touch with someone via text, phone call and email for 2 hours...NOTHING. Someone FINALLY responded to me after threatening to contact the BBB. Rescheduled for today at 9:45...GHOSTED AGAIN! I even called the number from the website to the Rocky River location and it said no longer in service!!! DONE!!!
