Rick did an excellent job refinishing my bathtub and shower. He was meticulous with the needed work and repairs, making sure it would look good once refinished. He took his time to do things right and paid close attention to the small details.
Third attempt to get bathtub coated. First two didn't work. Several last minute schedule changes along with the wrong wrong arrival time received the day before via phone call makes me question the companies credibility. Workers showed up at the original schedule time and were very pleasant But this situation has gone on for two years. What if this was my only bathroom. Were now on a wait and see situation since this hasn't worked in the past. And the company seems a bit disorganized. The tub looks good for now.
We chose Miracle Method to change the color of our cultured marble vanity so it would match our remodeled bathroom. We chose Dove Grey not only for the color, but also the smooth texture of the showroom sample to replicate that of the original vanity. What we ended up with was a vanity with inconsistent gloss with many imperfections in the finish. If we had to do it over again we would have chosen a textured finish that is more forgiving in appearance.
They did such a great job on my shower I had them do my other bathroom also. Far exceeded expectations. I highly recommended. Great work and staff
