Horrible service and product of refinishing counter top I thought was great it could of been but the prep work was not completed properly causing a crack call the owner came or he himself admitted the prrp work was not done properly he would do it right explained what eould happen.i was pleased with what he said would be done instead same installer comes and does a cover up only now its cracking again no one calls to even confirm my message. The countertops were badly damaged and cracked and we offered repairs as an alternative to replacing the counters. If the sub-surface has cracked again, then we are willing to reassess the damage and propose a different solution. Were sorry you had to reschedule our meeting last Thursday but call the office and we will find a time to meet you at the property.
I am very happy so far with the way Miracle Method has finished the coating of my shower pan. The rep. was here exactly on time, explained what was going to happen, how long it would take and completed the job very satisfactory. My shower pan looks like brand new or even better. the young man who did the job was punctual and very polite..So far, I am very, very happy with the results!********************
