I really regret doing this! We had cultured marble countertops in our bathrooms that had yellowed with age. We priced out new countertops and it was going to be about 1400 including removal of the old ones, etc. I had Miracle Method come out and they quoted $1,000 to refinish our countertops. I was a little surprised there wasn’t a bigger difference in price vs getting brand new countertops. We had a jacuzzi tub that was not usable or repairable. These guys converted it into a Soaker tub that looks great for a fraction of the cost of putting in a new jacuzzi. It looks great! Very satisfied!
No one should ever hire this franchise. We hired them to complete a job in March 2023 and eight plus months later, it is still not complete. They have wasted so much time and energy and refuse to compensate for all of their mistakes. Mistakes that have resulted in lost time and money for us. The owner refuses to contact me directly to discuss the whole ordeal. The main manager is disrespectful when speaking with her and will only ever offer to provide a discount towards another job. The coating was peeling after about a year. I called with in 5 year warranty to setup for someone to come back to reapply coating and they got it done took off old coating completely and redid it, looks like new.
