I had high hopes for this company, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The communication is poor, especially when it comes to payroll. I was with my previous company for five years and never once missed a paycheck. I've only been with this company for two weeks, and I've already experienced not receiving my paycheck, along with little to no helpful communication about the issue. We transferred to Miracle Makers because a caregiver we liked moved to their agency, and we truly appreciated the care she provided. During the five weeks we were clients, however, we never heard from the agency after the initial enrollment call and there was not a single check-in to see how things were going.
