I had high hopes for this company, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The communication is poor, especially when it comes to payroll. Worked 56 hours then got no pay check
We transferred to Miracle Makers because a caregiver we liked moved to their agency, and we truly appreciated the care she provided. During the five weeks we were clients, however, we never heard from the agency after the initial enrollment call and there was not a single check-in to see how things were going. Horrible company !! My mother worked for them they wi send time sheets that doesn't reflect on her paychecks! They bill hours they don’t pay you for , also very unprofessional when you call inquiring about things . They make a mockery of you , laughing putting you on hold for hours until you just hang up . Completely disgusting ! I wouldn’t recommend them to no one
