Here are the facts: 1. Georgia law does NOT require yearly renewal. According to the Georgia Department of Public Health and state code (O.C.G.A. § 31-2A-18), a Low THC Oil Registry card is valid for 5 years from the date of issue. All licensed by The Georgia Department of Health. Unbelievably fast process. I filled out the online form and was called back on the phone in couple minutes. Then I was told to wait for the Dr. to call me for the phone call interview to be accepted. His PA called and the whole thing took less than a minute. I reported my condition and was approved.
