All licensed by The Georgia Department of Health. Unbelievably fast process. I filled out the online form and was called back on the phone in couple minutes. Then I was told to wait for the Dr. to call me for the phone call interview to be accepted. His PA called and the whole thing took less than a minute. I reported my condition and was approved.
